You're invited to Vibrating into YOU - A TRE Workshop in El Salvador Saturday, March 16th 9am -11:30am
This class is designed to gently unravel the physical and emotional tension locked into the body. TRE® is a simple set of exercises that facilitate the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas which allow the body to discharge stress and trauma naturally through shaking and vibrating. (Anyone can attend!)
